"A pleasant surprise for the kids - tasty bonbons in unique forms!"

Ingredients

  • dark chocolate - 7 oz (200 g)
  • white chocolate - 2 oz (50 g)
  • cream - 1/5 cup (70 ml) liquid
  • flavor - vanilla 1 ampule
  • hazelnuts - 1 for each piece of candy
measures

How to make

For these bonbons, you need different shapes/forms of small animals or the like. I have butterfly forms that I used. With the melted white chocolate, using the thin tip of a pastry bag, spray out the middle section of the butterfly. Allow to cool.

In a bowl, in a water bath, melt the dark or milk chocolate while stirring nonstop. Add the cream a little at a time and stir.

Once everything is homogenized, remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla. Fill the various forms, that would appeal to children, with the chocolate. In each, place a half or whole hazelnut.

Put the chocolate bonbons to harden in the refrigerator or freezer.
