"Fresh salad, cold beer and fried sardines - ah, if only summer would never end."
- parsley - 1/4 cup
- garlic - 3 - 4 cloves
- sardines - 12
- lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- flour - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
- cumin - 1/2 tsp
- oil - 4 tablespoons
- black pepper
- salt

Chop the parsley and mix it with the garlic. Mash the mixture and smear the sardines with it all over.
Sprinkle them with lemon juice and leave for 2 hours in the fridge. Season the flour with the cumin, salt and black pepper.
Roll the sardines in the flour and braise them in the heated oil. Serve with fresh salad.
