Ingredients

  • pork - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • onions - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • peppers - 14 oz (400 g) roasted (red)
  • champignons - 9 oz (250 g) marinated
  • carrots - 2 oz (60 g)
  • vegetable oil - 3 tablespoons
  • water - 1 cup
  • sour cream - 3 tablespoons
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • bay leaf - 2
  • oregano - 1 tablespoon fresh

Preparation

Wash the meat and cut it into medium cubes. Braise them in the oil until whitened.

Cut the carrots into round slices, the onions finely. Add them to the meat, sprinkle with paprika, oregano, add the water and saute until the meat softens a bit.

Chop the mushrooms in half, leave the small ones whole. Cut the roasted peppers into pieces.

Add the products to the dish. Season with salt and saute another 10 min. Remove from the heat, add the cream and stir slightly.
