How to make
Beat the confectionery cream with the powdered sugar to fluffy cream, then add the cream cheese and beat again.
Cut the bananas into slices. Make the chocolate cream according to packet directions.
In an 8″ (20 cm) diameter form, arrange a layer of biscuits after soaking them in coffee and milk. Be sure to fill in the gaps as well. Smear with the chocolate cream and arrange the bananas.
Arrange a 2nd layer but this time use confectionery cream. Keep arranging in this order until out of biscuits.
Finish off with the white cream, place colored sprinkles on top, grated chocolate and pieces of banana.
Leave the cake to sit for a few hours in the fridge.
