Ingredients

  • chicken - 1 (3.5 lb (1.5 kg))
  • champignons - 7 oz (200 g), sterilized, small
  • onions - 2 heads or 1 bunch of green onions
  • green garlic - 2 bunches or 4 old cloves
  • carrots - 1 - 2
  • broth - 1 1/4 cups, homemade or the juice from sterilized mushrooms
  • rice - 1/2 cup
  • oil - 8 tablespoons
  • savory - 2 - 3 pinches
  • mixed spices

How to make

Clean the onions and garlic, chop them coarsely and braise in the oil. Then add the chopped carrots, champignons (drain their juice but save it), and in a few min. - the cleaned rice.

Season with 2-3 pinches savory and pour in the juice from sterilized mushrooms or homemade chicken broth.
