Ingredients

  • bread - 4 slices, plain white or baguettes
  • olive oil - about 2 2/3 tbsp (40 ml)
  • salt
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • pepper mix
  • prosciutto - 4 slices
  • gorgonzola - 4 oz (120 g)
  • arugula - 2 handfuls
  • walnuts - 2 2/3 tbsp (40 g)

How to make

Cut the bread into slices. Rub them with garlic, pour on olive oil and sprinkle a little salt and pepper mix.

Put them in a tray in the oven to bake. Once ready, take out and arrange a slice of prosciutto and a few arugula leaves onto each.

Crumble a little Gorgonzola and sprinkle a few crumbled walnuts on top of each.
