  • brandy - 4 1/5 cups (1 L) homemade
  • green walnuts - about 50
  • sugar - 1 packet

How to make

Put the washed and chopped green walnuts in a 12 1/2 cups (3 L) jar.

Pour on the homemade brandy and leave to sit in a sunny area for about 2 months (the longer it sits the better the liqueur will be.

Strain the liquid through a cheesecloth and add the sugar.

Next, leave it for a while (about 1 week), while shaking periodically, and then leave again for the remaining residue to settle.

Strain again and only then consume in small amounts.
