Ingredients

  • cabbages - 6 cabbage leaves
  • milk - 4/5 cup (200 ml)
  • cheese – 1.76 oz (50 g) grated or crumbled cheese
  • oil - 5 - 6 tbsp
  • semolina - 2 tbsp, or use oatmeal
  • black pepper
  • salt

Preparation

Wash and chop the cabbage leaves, cook them in the oil and when soft, salt them and wash them with 1 liter of hot water.

Once boiling, add semolina or oatmeal, and just before remove it from the heat - add milk.

Serve the soup with grated or crumbled cheese and ground pepper.
