Ingredients

  • potatoes - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • onions - 2 heads
  • tomato juice - 1/2 cup
  • water - 1/2 cup, hot
  • wine - 2 tablespoons
  • black pepper - 6 grains
  • allspice - 2 grains
  • parsley - 1/2 bunch
  • oil - 4 tablespoons
  • salt

Preparation

Braise the finely chopped onions briefly in a deep pan, then add the peeled and diced potatoes.

Fry until they turn a golden color. Salt, pour in the tomato juice, wine, hot water, black pepper and allspice.
