  • flour - about 2 lb (1 kg)
  • milk - 2 1/2 cups (600 ml)
  • eggs - 2 + 1 for smearing
  • yeast - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 g)
  • salt - 1 tablespoon
  • sugar - 1 tablespoon

How to make
