Ingredients

  • spaghetti - 1 packet
  • mince - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • tomatoes - 2 - 3, large and red
  • onions - 1 large head
  • parsley
  • salt
  • oil

How to make

Pour water in a pot, salt it and put to boil on the stove. Once it does, pour in the spaghetti. Boil until ready, stirring from time to time so they don't stick.

Once they're ready, pour them into a colander and wash with cold water.

Dice the onions into a pan, add a little oil and braise them. Once ready, add the finely chopped tomato and fry until thickened, then add the mince and salt, stir well.
