Ingredients

  • honey – 1/2 cup (120 g)
  • cottage cheese - 12.5 oz (350 g)
  • chocolate - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • juice - 3 tbsp carrot
  • walnuts – 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • milk - 6 1/5 cups (1.5 l)

Preparation

Heat honey and steam the chocolate, add cream cheese, milk and carrot juice.

Stir the mixture and let it stand for 30 minutes at room temperature, then beat it with a mixer.

When ready, distribute the cream into dessert cups or bowls and sprinkle it with chopped walnuts and berries.
