How to make a protein shake?
Necessary products: egg - 1 pc., milk - 500 ml, milk protein concentrate - 50 g, low-fat cottage cheese - 80 g, fruit syrup - 1 tbsp.
Preparation: To make a protein shake, first pour the milk, then the low-fat cottage cheese and milk protein concentrate into a blender. Blend on low speed.
Once that has blened well, add the egg and a little fruit syrup. Blend with a blender on high speed.
The amount of protein shake obtained is about 700-800 g. This amount of shake should be drunk twice.
One part is drunk slowly, in small sips, between breakfast and lunch.
The second part is drunk again slowly, in small sips, between lunch and dinner.
