The third way is to melt the butter in a water bath. Chefs advise to use the third method, which is excatly melting it in a water bath. This way, the butter retains its properties, but requires a little more heat and patience on your part.
If you want to melt butter in a water bath, use a fireproof pan and put the butter in it first. The pan must be clean and dry. Then place it aside.
Use a pot and pour two fingers of water in it. put it on the stove and wait for the water to boil. Then get the pan with the butter and place it in the pot of boiling water. The bottom of the pan, that the butter is in, should float in boiling water, but should not touch the bottom of the pot.
In a minute or two you will see the butter beginning to melt. Wait until it has completely melted and lift it from the heat. Now you have melted butter, which has preserved its healthy properties.
