To avoid this unpleasant effect of garlic, there are a few tricks you can apply.
If you want your salad to taste like garlic, but you don't want your breath to smell like this spice, don't add it to the salad, just rub the salad bowl with a clove of garlic before putting the products in it.
To prevent the saturated aroma of garlic from remaining on the cutting board, dip the garlic cloves in oil before finely chopping them. Then wash the board with lemon juice.
To prevent your hands from smelling of garlic after cooking, rub them with coffee grounds and then wash them thoroughly with warm water. The same is achieved if you wash your hands with lemon juice.
