Prepare your favorite green salad, but do something different, by stuffing tomatoes with it. Such an easily prepared salad for dinner is not only dietary, but also very suitable in case you are expecting guests. However, it has a much more twisted and presentable look.
There is not much to say about the useful properties of spinach, because everyone knows about them. Prepare a salad of baby spinach, 2-3 chopped mushrooms and sliced strips of red pepper. Season it with a little basil, finely chopped fresh garlic, olive oil, salt and balsamic vinegar.
