Bonbons with Chocolate Sprinkles

The idea of making your own chocolate sprinkles really seems absurd, given that they can be bought in almost any store and are not expensive at all. However, if you have to or just want to make cakes often, which you will decorate, it's a good idea to learn how to make them yourself.

In addition, it happens that the products you buy from stores contain unknown ingredients, preservatives and colorants, which are harmful to health and there is nothing better than homemade food.

Of course, making chocolate sprinkles the way they are sold is not an easy task and you can replace them with grated chocolate, which is the easiest option. And it looks aesthetically more natural.

If you do decide to make chocolate sprinkles, you can try the recipes below, but keep in mind that you need a very thin tip or at least a piping bag to shape the sprinkles. Here are some mixes you can try to make homemade chocolate sprinkles:

For this you need to have chocolate for cooking. But even ordinary chocolate will work for you, because it is very easy to work with. The most important thing is that it is well tempered, which means that it is neither too hard nor too soft.

Once you have warmed it up and waited for it to cool again, all you have to do is fill it in the piping bag and use the thinnest possible tip to make small sprinkles on parchment paper, which you will then put in the fridge. After about 30-40 minutes, the sprinkles will come off easily and be ready to use.

Option 2
