To make delicious crumbed fried peppers, you must choose peppers that have no defects, that are as straight as possible so that they can roast well.
Using these peppers, you can prepare wonderful crumbed peppers, which are wrapped in a crispy batter and a melt-in-your-mouth stuffing from various types of cheese.
In the absence of a various kinds of cheese, you can use simple cow's cheese. You need ten peppers, preferably red.
