Combine the flour with salt, sugar and baking powder. Beat the egg whites. Separately beat the egg yolks and mix them with the milk and butter, pour them into the flour, mix again and carefully add the egg whites.

In a heated waffle iron, pour the dough in a thin trickle, distributing it evenly along the plate. Close it and bake until ready.
