Gin and soy sauce marinade is suitable for oily meat. Mix 6 tablespoons soy sauce 4 tablespoons honey, 6 tablespoons ketchup, 100 ml oil, 2 tablespoons gin and a few drops of chili sauce. Marinate meat for 12 hours.
