Ingredients : 1 kg tofu, 3 tablespoons oil, 2 teaspoons finely chopped garlic, 2 teaspoons grated ginger root, 1 lemon, 1 tablespoon soya sauce.
Heat the oil over medium heat in a deep skillet. Add garlic and ginger and fry for one minute. Add tofu, cut into cubes and add soya sauce. Stir quickly, place the lid on and stew slowly for half an hour. When serving, pour lemon juice.
Chinese soup with tofu and shrimp is an interesting addition to lunch or dinner.
Ingredients : 1 tablespoon oil, 2 cloves chopped garlic, 1 cm finely chopped ginger root, 200 g shrimp, 1 liter chicken broth, 300 g tofu, cut into cubes, 100 g canned or frozen peas, salt and pepper to taste, 1 tablespoon flour.
Heat the oil in a large saucepan over high heat. For a minute, sauté the ginger and garlic in fat. Add shrimp and fry until ready. Remove and set aside in a separate bowl. In the saucepan, pour in the chicken broth.
The fire is reduced, add the tofu and peas, salt and pepper and allow them to boil. Add a little diluted flour, which can be pre- cooked in a dry pan without oil.
Add to soup and stir until thickened, but not for more than two minutes. Add shrimp and the soup is served. If desired, you can add lemon juice when serving.
Tofu chocolate mousse is suitable for vegetarians and people with allergies to egg, milk or gluten.
Chocolate is melted in a water bath. The tofu is mixed with chocolate in a blender, then add milk and vanilla sugar. Divide into bowls and leave in the fridge for one hour to set.
