Here's a recipe for a tasty dish with fish. You can prepare it in two different versions, depending on your preferences.
Fish with vegetables
Preparation: Cut the fish into pieces. The size and shape of the pieces depends entirely on your personal preference. You can also leave it intact. Then, add salt and spices from a package. Arrange the pieces in a baking dish that you have previously smeared with oil and pour the mayonnaise in. Bake the fish in the oven until the mayonnaise has acquired a golden color.
Meanwhile, stew vegetables in a suitable pot, fill them with a little water. Once tender, remove from the heat. This is actually a side dish to fish dishes. Arrange the baked fish with mayonnaise on a plate, then add steamed vegetables. You can sprinkle the dish with chopped parsley and decorate with fresh lemon slices.
The dish can be prepared in other ways. Once you have dusted the fish with spices and salt, put it in the pan and add the vegetables to it. Add a little salt and cover with mayonnaise. Bake in the oven - until the mayonnaise gets a golden color. Then, remove the pan and top sprinkle a little grated cheese. Return the fish to the oven to melt the cheese and then you can serve the dish.
