Scientists from the University of California in Los Angeles drew up a list of the most useful drinks. It was compiled from juices rich in antioxidants. They are vital to our health, due to having the ability to fight free radicals.

The latter have destructive properties on molecules and the cells of the human body. With increasing age, free radicals become more and more, to the moment when the body does not control them any more, and they begin to destroy it from within.

According to modern medicine, free radicals are responsible for ulcers, cancer, arthritis, heart disease, aging skin. Most antioxidants are found in vitamins A, C and E, zinc, selenium, glutathione, etc..

6. Orange juice

It is recommended for colds and flu. Strengthens blood vessels, removes fatigue, boosts mental processes. It is recommended in hypertension and atherosclerosis. But it is not recommended for people with high acidity and low calcium content in their bones.
