There is no need to cook super complex fish dishes to make a good impression on family and guests. You can quickly and easily make different dishes with fish.
Preparation: Wash the fish thoroughly and dry it with a towel. Each piece is placed in a separate piece of aluminum foil and sprinkled with olive oil. Then sprinkle with herbs, white and black pepper and salt.
In a pre-heated 428°F (220 °C) oven, place a tray with the wrapped pieces of foil, that contain the fish with the seasonings. Bake for 30 minutes. Finally, open the foil and bake for 5 minutes to obtain a golden brown tint.
A fish roll is prepared very quickly and easily, and is very tasty and impressive.
Ingredients: 24.5 oz fillet of whitefish, trout or mackerel, 2 oz white bread without the crust, 1 cup milk, 1 head of onion, 1 1/3 tbsp olive oil, 1 1/3 tbsp semolina, 1 egg, 2 2/3 tbsp breadcrumbs, 2/3 cup liquid cream, 1/5 cup margarine, salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation: Soak the bread in half the milk and drain it. Chop the onion finely and gently fry in the oil. The fish, onions and bread are milled twice.
Add the egg, semolina, the rest of the milk, salt, pepper and mix everything well. Make the roll from this fish mince, sprinkle it with breadcrumbs and put in a baking dish greased with plenty of margarine.
The roll is sprayed with oil and baked at 356°F (180 °C) for 40 minutes, while occasionally pouring the sauce from cooking over it. Once the roll is ready, pour in the cream and leave for a few minutes to seal until golden.
