Ingredients: 4/5 cup mashed potato powder, 14 oz mince meat, 1 head of onion, 1 carrot, 2 tablespoons butter, 1 tablespoon oil, 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs, 4/5 cup sour cream, salt and black pepper to taste.

Preparation: Chop the carrot finely and mix it with the minced meat. Everything is fried in oil and then seasoned with salt and pepper. Drain from fat in a colander.

The potato mash is diluted with 3 cups of hot water, add half of the butter, the sour cream and mix. In a greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs pan put half the potato mash, then mince and top with puree.

The rest of the butter is melted and spread over the puree. Bake in preheated oven at 428°F (220 °C) for 15 minutes.
