Bake in a moderate oven until the water evaporates.
Topping is done the following way - heat up oil and fry the flour, add the inside of the tomatoes, spices. After they fry, put some water, then boil it off. Pour the tomatoes into the pan and bake for another ten minutes.
Another interesting proposal is mushrooms with rice. To prepare the recipe, you need the mushrooms and rice, salt, pepper, onion and oil.
Fry onions, sliced mushrooms and then finally the rice. Add water depending on how much rice there is. If you prefer, add other vegetables - carrots, peas, small pumpkin. Thus, you can go from mushrooms with rice to with vegetables, which is also tasty and fast.

Rice, potatoes and leeks
Preparation: If you do not have leeks, you can always replace them with some onions. Chop the leeks or onions and fry them in oil. Once softened, add the tomato puree mixed with some water and paprika. Fry and add hot water. Leave to boil and add the rice and sliced potatoes. When cooking the meal, the goal for the is water to be completely absorbed by the rice. Once cool, sprinkle with ground black pepper and finely chopped parsley.
