Sometimes, becoming engrossed in our own kitchen takes up almost the entire day. Especially if you're doing something new and unfamiliar. Then we are at high attention and hardly have time for anything else. Often because of the main dish, we ignore dessert, for there is simply not enough time.
The entire preparation and then cooking, being careful not to burn the food, etc. is a hassle. To avoid such problems, and not have to sit all day near the stove, we will offer you several options for desserts that do not require baking at all.
Actually, there are many such desserts, but most we have simply not thought about preparing. We can’t forget to mention the delicious and light fruit salad, to which we can add a variety of tastes - besides the fruits, you can make a dressing of lemon juice and a little rum essence or some other favorite flavor. Fruits are a matter of choice, but it is nice to balance between sour and sweet, so as not become too sweet or too sour.
Another interesting proposal is yoghurt with fruit - you can add sugar or jam to it; it is delicious, light and extremely quick to make. Although it takes a lot of time to prepare, however, you do not need to bake, which is why we must mention the aromatic and delicious dessert tiramisu. It’s a whimsical dessert, which contains many flavors, takes a long time to make and is eaten very quickly.
For warmer days, we recommend that you make a cheesecake without eggs, but with strained yoghurt and cottage cheese instead. A very light and delicious dessert. Biscuit cake is a classic dessert requiring no baking - true, it does need warmed milk and is therefore not truly uncooked, but it definitely does not need baking. Various creams, which only require boiling are also an adequate choice.
Make a banana cream, you need 2 cups of milk, bananas, 3 egg yolks, 3 tablespoons flour, ¾ cups of sugar, 1 vanilla.
Put the milk on the stove along with the sugar to boil. Meanwhile, mix ½ cup cold milk with the egg yolks and flour, add the vanilla. Stir vigorously and add the flour in spoon by spoon. The idea is to prevent lumps. Once the milk is heated up, remove from the heat and begin to trickle in the mixture with the flour and eggs, while stirring the milk.
When it becomes homogeneous, put it back on the stove and let it boil once more. During this time, the bananas are crushed or mashed well. If you have selected softer fruits, it will be easier. Once the cream comes to a boil, leave it to thicken while stirring constantly. Then pull away from the heat and add the bananas. If you love nuts, you may crush walnuts very finely and put them in together with the bananas. Distribute the cream into suitable cups and allow to cool.
If you prefer other types of sweets, we recommend walnut cookies, which also do not require heat treatment. The only requirement for them is to make sure that the egg you'll use is fresh.
Ingredients: 1 egg, 1 pack of butter, 1 cup walnuts, 3 tablespoons cocoa, about 1 cup of powdered sugar, 6.5 oz of cocoa biscuits
Method of preparation: Crush the walnuts and biscuits in a blender and then add the powdered sugar, cocoa, egg. They can be crushed by hand if you do not have a food processor. Everything is well mixed and the melted butter is put in. From this, create a dough which you will then use to form cookies. Then put them in the fridge to cool and harden. After a few hours, they are ready for consumption.
