Preparation: Mix the flour with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mushrooms are washed one by one and are immersed in the mixture, then fried in oil.
When they are ready, stew the garlic in olive oil and butter in the same pan until soft. To avoid burning, pour wine into it. Simmer 2-3 minutes, until the alcohol evaporates.
