Beef with Tomato

Ingredients: 1 kg beef meat, 4-5 heads onion, 1 kg of small tomatoes (can be used and cherry), 1 bunch parsley, oil, 1 teaspoon paprika, salt, 1 tablespoon flour.

Preparation: Cut the meat into bite sized pieces and put it in a deep dish. Then add sliced onions, oil, paprika and salt. Top it all with about 200 ml of hot water and bring it to boil. When almost ready, it's time to add the tomatoes - cut into halves or quarters. If using cherry tomatoes - put them in whole. Allow the meat to cook completely, then add flour and parsley. Ten minutes later, place it back on the heat.

Spices that go on the beef are black pepper and allspice. However, some people do not like the taste of allspice, finding it too intrusive. In that case, add bay leaf. If you like both spices - put them in, they will ideally complement the taste of the meat.

Products Required: ½ kg beef, 1 ½ cup beer, 1 onion, 2 tablespoons flour, oil, salt, pepper, 2 tablespoons mustard, allspice.

Preparation: Cut the beef into bite sized pieces and roll it in flour. Then you put them in hot oil and fry them. After, add finely chopped onion, spices and beer. Finally put mustard in and cover the top with a lid. In a pressure cooker, the dish needs 20 minutes to boil. Serve with mashed potatoes.

Veal with sauce

Ingredients: 1 kg beef, 200 g fat, 300 g carrots, 2 onions, celery, 4 tomatoes, 2 bay leaves, black pepper, allspice, garlic, salt, parsley, oil.

Preparation: Stew fat and when it becomes clear put the meat in. The beef is pre-sliced and tenderized- spike it with a few pieces of bacon slices each. Brown the meat with the onion, then start putting in all the other products and add 200 ml of water.

Cut the vegetables into slices, cut the garlic cloves in half and drop them in the pan. Add the spices and close the pan. If you do it in the pressure cooker, wait 15 minutes after boiling and turn them off. If the pan is normal, let it boil for 15 minutes. In presenting, pour a little piece of beef with sauce and sprinkle it with parsley. The homemade beef is garnished with fried potatoes or boiled rice.
