Chicken meat is a great choice for those who eat everything, as well as for those who are on a diet. The sauces that go well with chicken are many - they're perfect for baked, boiled and fried chicken. The following are 3 recipes for sauces.
Chicken sauce with strained yoghurt
Preparation: Heat the butter and add the garlic that has been crushed beforehand, then pour in the wine and broth, as well as the finely chopped parsley.
Boil for 15 min. on medium heat. In a separate bowl, whisk the yoghurt and add it to the sauce, add salt to taste, black pepper. Serve the sauce hot.
The next sauce is appropriate for grilled chicken meat. You will need mayonnaise - about 4/5 cup (200 g). Add 4 tablespoons of yoghurt to the mayonnaise, finely chopped parsley and 1 teaspoon of mustard.
Throw in 2 handfuls of spinach, cleaned and washed ahead of time, in hot water - after you soak and drain it well, cut it up and add it to the rest of the ingredients. Stir the sauce well and pour in lemon juice to taste at the very end.
Since sauces with mayonnaise, along with those with cream, are quite heavy on the stomach, adding a few spoons of yoghurt makes them considerably lighter for consumption. Our last recipe is for a sauce with mushrooms and cream cheese.
Chicken sauce with mushrooms
Preparation: Stew the finely chopped onions and mushrooms in an appropriate container. Add the cream cheese to them and wait for it to soften.
Then remove from the stove and put in the sour cream and all the spices. Return to the stove just for a few minutes and stir. The sauce is ready for consumption.See more
