Stewed chicken fillet is tasty and simple to make.
Preparation: Cut the meat into pieces, sprinkle with the spices and set it aside.

Preparation: Wash the meat and cut it into pieces. Sprinkle with the salt and black pepper. Add the flour and stir thoroughly. In a saucepan with heated oil, fry the pieces of chicken for about 5 to 7 min. and remove them.
Chop the garlic, cut the onions into round slices, and the peppers into strips. Remove the tomato skins and mash the tomatoes, pour in the tomato paste to them.
Fry the onions and garlic for 4 to 5 min. in the oil that was used to fry the meat. Then return the meat to the saucepan and pour in the tomato sauce, sprinkle with the cayenne pepper. Once it comes to a boil, cover with a lid and let it stew for about half an hour. Sprinkle the ready dish with parsley.
Chicken with soya sauce is appropriate for the everyday, as well as for special occasions, with supreme taste guaranteed of course.
Preparation: Chop the breasts into pieces and fry them in the oil until golden. Then pour the soya sauce over them, sprinkle with the grated ginger, pour in the tomato paste, salt and then stir everything. Leave it under a lid for 10 to 15 min. to stew. Serve with a suitable garnish.
