Ingredients: 1 1/4 tsp powdered sugar, 2 1/2 tsp cream, 3 eggs, 2 vanilla packets, 5 tbsp strawberry jam, 1 cup of cream whipped beforehand, 3 1/3 tbsp liqueur, 3 1/3 tbsp raspberry or strawberry syrup.

Preparation: Prepare the vanilla ice cream the same way as the recipe listed above but don't put it in serving bowls, instead put it in a large bowl with a lid and leave it to cool in the freezer. Separately, place several serving cups or bowls in the freezer and wait about 30 min. until they cool sufficiently.

Chocolate Ice Cream
