Let us offer you several marvelous salads with pasta recipes that anyone can make at home. The 1st salad contains mayonnaise and cream - it actually ends up quite heavy, considering pasta is also added, but it's definitely worth trying. Here are the products:
Salad with Pasta and Mayonnaise
Preparation: Boil the pasta according to package directions. Then boil the carrots and peas. Drain the canned corn well.
Once the pasta is boiled and cooled, add the drained peas and corn to it, as well as the carrots you've julienned - they must not be longer than the pasta.
Season with black pepper and salt, then squeeze on lemon juice to taste. Finally add the cream and mayonnaise that you've mixed in a bowl beforehand. Serve well cooled.
Our next proposal is for a slightly fuller salad - you will need about 7 oz of pasta, a cucumber, pitted olives, a roasted chicken fillet, green onions, salt, olive oil, black pepper, a little thyme and lemon juice.
Once you boil the pasta and drain it, cut the washed cucumber into pieces. Then cut the chicken fillet into small bites and pour in with the cucumber, also add the whole olives.
Stir, season with the spices and serve.
If you like tuna, combine 1 can of it with the pre-boiled pasta. And some onions to them and season with the lemon juice.
If you like roasted red peppers, cut them into bites, add them to boiled macaroni or other type of pasta and stir. Then add 3 pickles that you've sliced beforehand. This version of the salad is a bit more suitable for the colder months.
Our last recipe is for salad with ham and a good hard feta cheese or cheese. Here are the specific products:
