How to Make Children's Ice Cream

Everyone loves eating ice cream during summer, especially the little ones. And what's better and healthier than a homemade ice cream? Children's ice creams need to be bright and colorful to grab their attention and delicious, garnished with all kinds of healthy fruits. Here's how to make some:

Fruit Ice Cream

This is the perfect option for your child. You can give them unlimited quantities of it and rest easy that their belly is being filled with only healthy things.

Ingredients: 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries or 2 cups strawberries, 1/4 cup freshly squeezed apple juice, 2 tablespoons honey, the juice of half a lemon, a pinch of salt, popsicle molds or small cups, wooden ice cream sticks.

Preparation: Mix the fruits with the other ingredients in a blender. Blend until you get a homogeneous mixture. Pour it into the popsicle molds (or cups), place an ice cream stick in the middle of each. Leave in the freezer for at least 5 to 6 hours. To take the ice cream easily out of the molds, submerge them halfway in warm water for about 5 seconds.

Colorful Ice Cream

Ingredients: 3-4 cups of yoghurt, 1 fresh egg yolk, 6 tablespoons sugar, 1 vanilla, 1 lemon, 1 tablespoon cocoa, walnuts, coconut flour.

Preparation: Strain the yoghurt and distribute it equally into 3 bowls. To the 1st add the pre-beaten egg yolk with 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 vanilla. To the 2nd bowl add 2 tablespoons sugar, the grated rind of the lemon and its juice. In the 3rd put 1 tablespoon cocoa and 2 tablespoons sugar.

Pour the resulting mixtures into 3 cups in 3 layers. Sprinkle with walnuts or coconut flour on top. Chill them in the freezer.

Two Chocolate Ice Creams

Ingredients: 2 chocolate creams, 2 1/2 cups milk, 2 white creams, 1 1/2 cups sugar.

Preparation: Combine the chocolate creams and 1 cup of milk in a bowl and stir until thickened. In a separate container, mix the 2 white creams and 1 cup of milk and stir until thickened as well.

Mix 1/2 cup milk with the sugar until thickened. Divided it into 2 halves; pour one into the chocolate cream mixture and the other into the white cream mixture. Stir the mixtures well. Freeze them in the freezer.
