Chocolate goodies are a real delight for cocoa and chocolate lovers. If you too are worshipers of these sorts of temptations, then you'll love the following recipes with chocolate. They are exceptionally delicious and easy, ones you can make right away at home.
Preparation: Put 2 tbsp of water and the chocolate, crumbled into small pieces, in a water bath. Melt them while stirring nonstop. Once the chocolate is fully melted, add the cream without removing it from the stove. Stir until you get a homogenous mixture. Take the container off the heat and leave it aside to cool.
Once fully cooled, place the chocolate in a water bath once more, along with the butter. Stir until the mixture becomes homogenous. Pour the resulting mix in a bowl and cover with foil. Put it in the fridge for about 1 hour.
Take the hardened mixture out of the fridge. Shape small balls from it using your hands. Roll them in powdered cocoa and arrange in a plate.
Muffins with Chocolate
Preparation: Take out all of the ingredients ahead of time so they all reach room temperature. Beat the sugar and egg with a mixer. Sift the flour with the baking powder and cocoa. Melt the butter and beat it with the yoghurt.
Mix the liquid ingredients while stirring nonstop. Gradually add the flour and cocoa mixture. Finally add the finely crumbled chocolate.
Fill the muffin cups up to 3/4 of their volume with the mixture. Arrange them in the baking tray and bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven for about 20-25 min. Check to see if they're ready with a toothpick. When you poke them with it and nothing sticks to it, the muffins are ready.
Preparation: Take out all of the ingredients ahead of time so they all reach room temperature. Sift the flour with the cocoa, baking soda and salt. Add the mixture bit by bit to the liquid mixture, while beating nonstop.
Add the finely chopped chocolate to the resulting sticky cocoa dough. Mix with your hands and put it in the fridge for 2 hours.
Once the chocolate dough hardens, take it out of the fridge. Form biscuits from it, arranging them with some space between them in an oven dish covered with baking paper.
Bake the biscuits at 356°F (180 °C) for 12-15 min. Once they're ready, remove from the oven and leave them for 5 min. to cool. Take them out of the oven dish and arrange in a plate.
