Ingredients: 1 2/5 cups hazelnuts, 1 2/5 cups powdered sugar, 1 2/3 cups butter, 4/5 cup chocolate ice cream.
Preparation: Grind the hazelnuts and mix them well with the sugar. Separately, whip the butter with a mixer, add the hazelnut mixture to it, stir again and leave it to cool in the fridge.
