Beat the butter with the powdered sugar, add the vanilla, salt and coffee. Melt the chocolate in a water bath, leave it to cool at room temperature and then add it as well. Mix all the ingredients well with a mixer and presto, your glaze is ready.
Our next idea is for a strawberry-flavored glaze. You will need 1/2 cup of butter, 2 cups powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons strawberry syrup, 1 vanilla, a pinch of salt and 1 tablespoon of strawberry-flavored milk.
The preparation process is the same. Beat the butter, sugar, vanilla, salt and finally add the milk and syrup. Beat until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Red velvet glaze: 1/2 cup of butter, 2 cups powdered sugar, 2 tbsp ayran, 1 tbsp powdered cocoa and red edible food coloring. Mix all of the ingredients together, add the food coloring at the end. Stir until the color becomes homogeneous.
For a coconut glaze you will need 1/2 cup of butter, 2 cups powdered sugar, vanilla, 1 coconut essence, 1 powdered coffee creamer packet and 1 tablespoon coconut oil. Beat the butter and sugar and begin to add the essences and cream.
Peanut butter glaze. You will need 1/2 cup of butter, 2 cups powdered sugar, 4 tbsp milk and 1/2 cup peanut butter. Beat the butter, powdered sugar and peanut butter well, add the milk and beat again until the mixture absorbs it.
To get a caramel glaze, beat 1/2 cup of butter with 2 cups powdered sugar, add vanilla essence and 1/2 cup caramel-flavored ice cream syrup. Mix well and decorate.
With these glazes you can decorate 8 muffins or 1 cake for about 10-12 people easily.
