This disease can be only handled through careful treatment at the base of which is the need to determine the psychological reasons for their condition.

Nutritional therapy offers a diet that provides up to 50% more energy than an average diet. The most important thing is to convince the patient that they must be fed.

Protein

Protein should become an integral part of your diet to promote muscle and prevent its loss. Quality sources of protein should be included with each meal. Think of eggs, whey protein shakes, meat and soy products when planning your daily meals.

Omega-3 fatty acids

They support the immune system and reduce the risk of further inflammation of the damage you cause to your body. The most effective food sources come from fish such as halibut or salmon. In addition, you can take 1 tablespoon of fish oil three times a day to help build better immunity.

Yogurt

To help the digestive system to recover from bad eating habits, you may consider adding yogurt in your daily eating plan. Yogurt and other foods fortified with dairy products such as cheese and milk contain probiotics, which can help replace the most important bacteria that may be missing in your stomach, because of misuse. Probiotic supplements can also help if your doctor agrees.
