Autumn desserts with quincesIn autumn, you can surprise friends and family with delicious desserts with quinces. It is easy to make cake with quinces....
Making Jams with QuincesHere are 2 recipes - 1 for quince jam and the other for jelly, for which you will only need the juice from the fruits.
Quince Jam
Ingredients: 2 lb quinces, 4.5 lb sugar, 1 tsp citric acid....
Baked QuincesCover tightly with foil and bake the quinces in a moderate oven about 35-40 min. Serve the baked quinces cooled....
Roasted QuincesClean the quinces and cut them into pieces. Put the cleaned and washed quinces in water with a little lemon juice so they don't darken.
Stick 1-2 cloves in each piece....
Cake with QuincesBake the quince cake at {180 °C} until dry on the inside.
You can sprinkle the ready and slightly cooled cake with powdered sugar....
Quince CakePeel the quinces and cut them quickly into crescents, so they don't darken....
Quince JamWash, peel, clean the quinces of seeds and cut them into cubes. Put the fruits in a deep tray and sprinkle with 3.5 lb (1.5 kg) of sugar.
