Mix all the ingredients for the stuffing and finally add the feta cheese.
Smear each phyllo pastry sheet with a little oil, sprinkle with the stuffing and wrap into a roll. Arrange in a circle in an oiled tray.
After you've oiled and arranged all of the sheets, smear the entire thing with beaten egg, sprinkle pieces of butter and both types of sesame seeds.
Bake in a 437°F (225 °C) oven - doesn't necessarily need to be preheated.
Once ready. Take it out, cover with a towel to smother. Serve.
