Ingredients

  • chicken legs - 2, from free - range chickens
  • potatoes - 4 - 5, fresh
  • vegetables - 2 - 3 tablespoons, mix
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • garlic - 2 - 3 cloves

Preparation

Peel and chop the potatoes into round slices. Put them into a bowl, add the vegetable mix, salt, black pepper and finely chopped garlic. Add 1-2 tbsp oil and stir well. Arrange the potatoes in a suitable tray.

Put the seasoned legs in the middle, pour in a little water. Cover with foil and bake at 392°F (200 °C) for 35-40 min. Toward the end of baking, remove the foil and let the dish crisp. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Prepare a mix of vegetables by finely chopping onions, leeks, celery, carrots, red and green peppers. Mix everything well and distribute into plastic bags, put them in the freezer for later use.find similar recipes here
