Clean and peel the mushrooms. Cut them into slices and arrange at the bottom of a suitable baking tray. Pour the melted butter over them.
Arrange pieces of homemade sausages and feta cheese on top.
Arrange round slices of tomatoes and chopped pepper on top of the feta cheese.
Sprinkle with wild garlic, oregano and melted butter.
Bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven.
Sprinkle the cooked dish with chives.
