How to cook
Knead a soft dough from the products listed. Leave it to rise for 1 hour in a warm area.
Then oil your hands, shape balls from the dough. Stretch out each ball into a thin pieces, place it in a pan with extra heated oil on the stove.
Once the edges redden a bit, flip the mekitsa over to fry on the other side.
Once ready, arrange them onto paper towels to drain from the oil, then sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve warm.
