"We`ve always thought that chicken fillets tend to be a bit dry but when we tried this appetizing proposal with sauce we found out how wrong we really were."

Ingredients

  • chicken fillet - 28 oz (800 g)
  • cooking cream - 1 cup (250 ml)
  • processed cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • oil - 2 tablespoons

How to cook

Clean the chicken fillet and wash it. Cut them into bites and season with salt.

Pour the cream and processed cheese (crumbled into pieces) into a small pot, stir until the ingredients mix well.

Remove from the heat and season with a little salt and black pepper. Add the grated cheese.

Stir well and add the chicken meat. Pour all of this in a tray you've oiled. Bake at 356°F (180 °C) for about 30 min.
