Bake and peel the peppers, remove their seeds.
Chop the onions into crescents.
Heat the oil, add the onions and saute them. Then add the cleaned peppers until they're braised.
Add the tomatoes and sugar.
Leave it to boil until it thickens, add the chutney.
10 min. before removing it from the stove, salt it.
Before serving, add a little fresh parsley.
