Parboil the pork liver and take it out. Cut it into pieces. Chop the leeks finely, saute them for 7-8 min. in the pork lard in a little water.
Add the pieces of liver to them, the paprika, and optionally - 2-3 finely chopped chili peppers.
Pour on the red wine and saute the appetizer until it's left in just oil.
