Boil the potatoes and leave them to cool. In the meantime, mix the mince with the eggs and spices, distribute along the bottom of an oiled tray and put it to bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven.
Then cut the boiled potatoes into slices and salt them. Once the mince is baked, arrange a layer of potatoes, grated cheese and another layer of potatoes.
Pour in the cooking cream and return to the oven. Toward the end, shortly before taking the casserole out, grate generously with cheese, leave it to melt and your dish is ready.
