Boil and peel the potatoes. Sauté the mushrooms in a little olive oil.
Cut the remaining vegetables and mix them with the mushrooms in a greased tray with the potatoes cut into medium-sized pieces.
Slice the processed cheese and add to the vegetable mixture. Add spices to taste.
Pour the sour cream into the tray and mix well. Sprinkle with grated cheese and feta cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 338°F (170 °C).
