Since there is a large choice of rice, cooking time varies. For best results, use the instructions on the package. Heat a pan of water and leave the hearts to boil. Cut the mushrooms and onion into small cubes.
In a pre- heated in a deep pan, put 1/5 cup (60 g) butter. Once the butter is melted, put in the mushrooms, onion, pepper and basil. Leave them to fry, stirring occasionally. Then add the tomato sauce (about 2/5 cup (100 ml)) and salt to taste, then add it to the boiled chicken - meat, hearts, livers.
