How to cook
Press the garlic and mix it with the soy sauce, oil (eyeball it), a little water and black pepper. Use this marinade to season the chopped into pieces chicken and pork and leave them for several hours.
Heat the saj well and grease it. Put the pork in to fry, remove it and add the chicken, to fry as well.
Then add the cleaned and chopped vegetables and mix them with the tomato paste. Once the vegetables soften slightly, add the pork.
After 5-8 minutes, take the saj with the chicken and pork off the heat and flavor them with spices. Serve hot.
